ESS' Employee Labor Services is another service offered by ESS that allows you to put full or part-time staff to work at your company without hiring
them. We then take full responsibility for all unemployment compensation, federal, state, and local taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable
laws. You control pay rates, raises, reviews and supervision.
