Food Service

Culinary Apprentice Program
qualifications:

Have the will to become a Head Cook!
18 yrs or older
Be Drug-free and able to pass a physical

Email or fax a 300 word essay on why you want to become a Head Cook.
Must be available for a one week orientation in March and spend 4,000-6,000 hours for the apprenticeship program beginning in May or June, 2009.
